Mine arrived promptly couple of days I wore them washed dried was so pleased I re ordered more which also have arrived.

Q: What are the chest and sleeve measurments for each size?

I'm a size 12/14 and ordered small. They fit fine. Laid flat, they measure 19 in/49cm across under armholes and 15in/39cm from armhole to hemline.
