I have fine, straight hair. I used to wash it at night and then sleep on it damp to wake up with more volume. Now, I run and do workouts almost every morning. I have to wash my hair after workouts. I've tried lots of volumizing shampoos and this is the only one that really leaves my hair looking fuller. I recently purchased the conditioner, but I use it very infrequently. I don't like artificial scents so the smell of lavender is perfect.

I keep coming back to this shampoo and conditioner. It’s the kindest to my long fine hair

They say the product has not changed with the new packaging, however I have been using this shampoo for years and it is definitely much thinner than it used to be. I liked how thick the shampoo was before. Not a fan of the new packaging! Other than that it seems to be the same. The conditioner is definitely the same. I normally purchase both of these together.

My hair loves this product, it’s helped me with my curly hair journey. Plus who doesn’t like smelling like lavender?!? I now buy it from Amazon but I used to buy this at my local Riteaid, don’t like that the price went up but it’s definitely worth it.

This shampoo is wonderful!! I am always skeptical of natural products that aren’t super pricey, as they don’t clean well and leave a weird film on my hair. Not this stuff!! I wet my hair, add shampoo, wet again, then add a little more shampoo to achieve a lather that is identical to shampoo with sulfates. This also removes the need to shampoo twice. I have super dry, frizzy, curly hair, and this, along with the conditioner, has worked miracles on my hair. No sulfates or silicones, either. My hair almost doesn’t need additional product using the shampoo and conditioner combined, which all curly haired people know never happenes...ever. The scent is a lovely, botanical lavender as well. I won’t use anything else!!

This conditioner is the best, for so many reasons. The scent will take you to the beach, seriously. I just lay in the bathtub and let it soak in- it is very soothing. The product itself worked WONDERS on my hair. I bleach my hair regularly, and have a lot of fine strands. My only word of warning for people with hair type like mine is that you need a literal QUARTER sized amount for shoulder length hair, work it through the ENDS, add if you need to. This product works so well that it will like over condition your hair. Which is also a plus, because it lasts a long time. Awesome product.

This conditioner smells like true lavender, a welcome change from too many artificial scents. That said, it does leave an unpleasant smell to my long fine hair after a few hours so I have to wash it daily, something I don't do in cold winters. It rinses easily, detangles well overall, but doesn't condition enough on my increasing gray hairs. Nice product and would recommend, but limited use for me.

Suds well..creamy..and the conditioner leaves hair soft and silky. The aroma of both are fantastic

I love how this shampoos makes my hair so clean, soft, and volumized. It does have a very large, well huge is a better word, fragrance, which is somewhat overwhelming first thing in an early morning. I'll keep using it though for all of the great things about this volumizing shampoo.

A bit unsure when I ordered this conditioner that it would be as effective as was suggested. I left it on my hair for about 5 minutes after washing, then rinsed. Started drying my hair & it was soft, bouncy and smelt lovely. I also found it helpful in the stying process which usually takes me ages to get right, but I did this in half the time. Generous sized bottle and kind and gentle ingredients as the description says. I am very pleased with it, thank you.

As someone who has chemical sensitivities this works very well. No more itchy scalp. Lathers a little bit not as much as regular shampoo but I expected that. Scent is lovely not overpowering. Will be buying again.

Expensive shampoo but good quality you only need a little bit lathers up really nicely and a lovely fragrant shampoo lots of natural ingredients.
