Delicious
I'm a gringo but I have had authentic menudo a couple of times in my life. Now I live in Florida and I can't find a good restaurant around me that has menudo. I took a chance on this powder and added it to an existing can of menudo, along with a smoked pork hock and more hominy. It definitely gave me my fix. I was afraid I would have to use the whole bottle per instructions but for just me I just added a few tablespoons and followed directions on the back of the jar so the jar will last me a long time.

Highly recommend you won't be disappointed
Excellent spice for menudo. It is blened perfectly and the ease of use is great. Easy to follow instructions. Just keep in mind it takes 1 whole bottle per 3 lbs of tripe.
