Tibetan Embedded Yak Bone Medicine Wrist Mala/Bracelet for Meditation

I ordered three of these wrist malas as Christmas gifts. When I first received them, I thought something was wrong. Two appeared to be too small, while the third was stretched way out of shape. After spending a great deal of time trying to figure out if they were adjustable, I sent them back to Amazon and was given a refund. I was really upset because I loved the malas. I just didn't think they were sized right.Within five minutes of posting a negative review, I received an email from the seller. He was very concerned that I was not pleased. He explained that the malas were adjustable. Unfortunately, I did not receive directions for adjusting the malas. The seller offered to send me three new malas, and the directions, at no cost. I received the malas within two days. The instructions were clear and made adjusting the malas easy. These malas are beautiful, and they are very well made. Each mala also comes with a beautiful drawstring bag. The people to whom I gifted these malas love them.I would be remiss if I did not say a few words about the seller. He was so kind and caring. I could tell he was genuinely concerned about the fact that I was not satisfied--so concerned, in fact, that he mailed the malas to me within a few hours of our email conversations. I wish I would have contacted him before sending the malas back. It would have saved both of us a lot of time and trouble. I will definitely order from Hands of Tibet again. This is even prettier in person, the picture doesn't do it justice. I ordered this Monday and it arrived today. It feels very nice on my wrist and as soon as I put it on, I felt a little better. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't come with instructions as to how to adjust it to fit, but I looked that up and it is so simple. To expand it, you just grab the little beads right before the pretty knotwork and pull apart, the bracelet should open for you to get your hand through. You want to tighten it? Pull the chords that stick out from the bracelet. Very easy to operate :)

Two things: 1) The bracelet is too large for women with an average size wrist of 6.5" - 7". I thought the point of it being adjustable meant it would fit everyone. I was able to pull it over my hand at the smallest adjustment which means it can also fall off my hand. 2) The colors are dull and not as pictured. Great meditation mala for a man, though. It's more "rustic" looking and definitely large enough.

Beautiful bracelet!

Quality of this product is simply terrible! I am not going to wear it and can not give it as a gift, because I would be ashamed to do it. Does not worth sending it back either. I bought something similar for my sister a few years ago from reputable yoga products catalog and it was beautiful and functional. She still wears it and it looks like new. Do not waste your money!

This is a beautiful bracelet and very well made. I ordered as a gift for my son, but I did return it as the beads were larger than those he usually wears. Wonderful craftsmanship of bracelets by this seller.

Looks great !! Great color and it is easy to take off and put on. Well made and feels great on my arm. Buy it its worth it !!

Not my favorite bracelet...but one of the most unique ones. Fits well...would be better if the red was a deeper richer color.
