Great classy/casual watch
I got this watch to be an alternate with my Citizen Calibre 2100 Titanium I purchased 6+ years back. I LOVE that watch and have worn the heck out of it. (...and still do.) I was looking for something with similar build quality but a very different look and feel. This watch is definitely it. It is noticeably less bulky than the 2100, although the weight is actually a tiny bit more than the deceptively light titanium 2100.As others have mentioned, this watch looks even better in person. The textured face and green details look great, but they don't call too much attention to make the watch look cheap or gimmicky. The other upside to this watch for me vs. the 2100 is that although they are both chronographs, this face of this one is a bit more clean and contrasty and makes actually seeing the time much easier. (Although I'd love a bit more brightness and duration for the phosphorescence on the hands.)It hasn't suffered a crazy amount of abuse yet to determine the fit and finish of the band and case, but so far they look great and the ion plating looks really, really sharp. I hope it stays that way, but for now, I love it. I'm someone who buys stuff like this to use it, not to baby it, so it has had its share of basic knocking around already. Also, one of the reviews for one of this HTM family of watches mentioned problems with the band falling off after they had resized it. The pins for the links must be inserted from the correct side and tapped all the way in. I initially had mine in from the wrong side and it fell off within about an hour. Once I realized the mistake and flipped the pin, it hasn't been off of me since! (That includes getting it caught many, many times in and out of multi-layered winter stuff walking the dog, off and on through airport security, etc. If it has made it this far, it's not going anywhere.)All in all, I'm thrilled with the watch -- since I purchased, it's even dropped another $20 on Amazon. I think it is a fantastic classy/casual watch with a quality build for the money.

Classic watch for a simple man.
This is my second Citizen watch. The first one was a first generation diver/chronograph solar powered watch (Before they started to call them "Eco-Drive") that I bought in 1994 and it certainly has stood the test of time for almost 25 years. The battery for back-up in low light areas and the alarm gave out about 4 years ago, I lost the bezel 3 years ago and the use of 2 buttons gave out on me a year or so ago. I like the simplicity and the ease of use of this watch. Plus after 35 years of bells and whistles I've had on assorted watches throughout my life, its nice to get back to a simple analog watch again!

Great for the price
Very nice watch for the price. What drew me to it was the subtle green accents. What the stock pictures won't show is there is a green band on the outside of the bezel as well. Personally I would be happier without that added detail, but that's just my opinion. Keeps time very well, black band shows minimal wear after three months of wearing it daily. Hands glow blue interestingly instead of green. Great watch for the money overall.

Stylish and hip with typical Citizen craftsmanship!
I LOVE this watch. It is a very accurate and maintains its precision. I haven't had to adjust the time like other automatic/solar watches I've owned.It is a beautiful watch and continues to shine like the day I purchased it (over 10 months ago). The coloring on the band has worn only slightly, even though it rubs constantly against the aluminum body of my MacBook Pro.The green rim is stylish, but doesn't clash with what I wear. It's enough to catch a close eye, but not obnoxious that it draws unwanted attention.

Good value for the price
I really like the overall look, weight and feel of the watch. The black finish wears off fairly quickly anywhere the band is making contact, like my desk when I'm typing, Iv'e been wearing this for only two months and it's already wearing through to the silver SS underneath on the band. And I wish the seconds hand functioned constantly rather than only while using as a stop watch. I would have preferred the primary seconds hand to work with the time of day and the secondary small seconds face to function for the stop watch. I guess I should have looked into that beforehand.

Great function. Sizing is a bit small for my wrist than I would deem ideal. But that's on me. Great watch wear it all the time looks great and never have to worry about power.

Nice timepiece
Love this watch. Sharp looking, accurate and solar charging. Stop watch is very nice and operates very easy. I will see how the black finish holds up and report back in a year.

I'm not wearing the watch its a gift , but citizen are great watches I've had many and with 5 year guarantee how can you go wrong . Amazon delivery was bang on and quickly delivered to my location . This Eco drive watch was 130 dollars cheaper than my local store . And is a fantastic , sporty but classy watch .ill shop amazon again and buy citizen again 4 sure. One very happy Hilander .

Great Watch
Great build quality, easy enough to set. All of the functions work great. Incredibly good looking. I'm in love with this watch - my new favourite. I can't rave enough about how attractive it is. Heavy enough to feel it on your wrist, but not too weighty.

awesome quality
this is the first watch i have ever purchased, and i am extremely satisfied. its slick and stylish, and i love the fact that ill never have to buy a battery for this thing! not to mention almost $100 off from the regular price in store where i first seen it and wanted it. glad i held off to see how much i could snag it for online!
