Love it
Love this, I use it to make my own Peppermint Mocha creamer. Works great.

Better than Extract
My peppermint patties turned out awesome! I could not have gotten that flavor with extract.

Excellent quality
I use this to make my own Peppermint mocha Frappuccinos. By far better than that pure corn syrup flavor found out there in peppermint syrups. A little pricey, but then again so it's everything now. Last me about a month or so.

Very nice.
Adds quite a nice flavor to things. I have added a teaspoon to a basket of coffee grounds before brewing to infuse a mint flavor to my coffee. I added a tablespoon to a batch of chocolate cookies along with Andes candy baking pieces to make crazy good chocolate mint cookies. My only issue is there is no real instruction how to use the product. I have tried this, and the maple emulsion, and I have purchased the lemon but have never actually gotten around to trying it. You just have to fiddle with it to figure out how much to use. For a batch of about 24-30 cookies I used 1 tbsp., and the flavor was intense - which is what I want. But to, say, bake a 9x12 cake I am not sure how much I would even use to start with in experimenting. I would love to make a super fudgy super minty cake but I can't afford to just bake cake after cake, and I am talking about my waistline not my wallet!

Great for chocolate mint brownies!
I love this flavoring. I use it instead of vanilla in my brownies. My husband LOVES Andes Mints, so the mint brownies are a favorite of his. I substitute exactly the same amount of the emulsion as for the vanilla. I have done the same thing with spritz cookies for a mint flavored cookie.

Great replacement for extract
Delicious in coffee. You will probably want to by a dripper if you intend to use it this way.

Favorite peppermint flavoring
I like that it's thick so easier to measure. Use it with cocoa powder in my morning coffee. Yummmm
