I like these; they do a great job not just for me but for other members of the family. Gut health is an important issue, and thats what we tried it, would definitely say it has helped us.

Delivered fast and by polite lady who made sure they were handed to me. Its my first time taking these supplements, they are easy to swallow and they are already aiding my digestive system.

I’ve only just started the tablets a few days noticed a difference straight way. My stomach has settled and other issues are in the process of healing improving. I would recommend these tablets they have worked for me.

I’m not sure that this product contains what it says on the label. For it to contain this amount of bio cultures at this price when compared to other products that have less quantities of bio cultures and are more expensive, it doesn’t add up. This notwithstanding, I tried it for several weeks getting on a month and I can’t register much of a difference if any. I won’t be using it again.

Although this product caused me to have a mild temporary adverse reaction (they perhaps didn't suit me or I didn't take them for long enough to get past initial side effects) I highly recommend it as my daughter has found it to have relieved her symptoms of a serious autoimmune disease. Recently, several academic studies have linked gut microbiota to autoimmune disease. In particular one widely reported in the media which found that microbes in the gut are significant in the way that the body controls inflammation. Autoimmune diseases cause inflammation, but so do many other conditions and I wonder if similar studies are needed to evaluate probiotics in their treatment. My daughter followed recommendations from these studies to take pre and probiotics to increase the niumber and type of gut bacteria Her symptoms were so improved as predicted in the results of these studies that we cannot recommend this product highly enough. She has been taking these probiotics for three months and her symptoms have reduced very noticeably. We tried other brands before but the advanced multi strain cultures in this product appear to be the strength she needed. We are delighted that she can take something to help which has no side effects at all unlike the standard immune suppressants she has taken previously. She is so well, her consultant has taken her off Cellcept. More research is needed into how probiotics can be used to treat this and other autoimmune conditions.

Very good price works really well I take two different probiotics some of them are very expensive this is a great price you can't go wrong works just as well as the expensive ones

Other than that, neither I nor my mom have noticed it doing anything else but that doesn't mean it's not.
