Great Mac. Got this to cover lots of layers, it comes down to my thighs and keeps me dry. Drys out quickly. Great value for money.

Having enough of getting soaked this winter, going through a ton of broken umbrellas I decided to make a change.So i researched some ponchos, and portable jackets which could go into my leather coat pocket, i wanted something portable that i could put over my main coat, only when the heavy rain started.Ill be honest, I gave up trying to find something portable enough, most jackets came with bags that were a good 10" x 5" x 3" which isnt really portable.I bought this item, and when unboxing, realised that it came inside a portable bag, and this package totals about 7" x 4" x 2" so can fit into my jacket pocket.Fantastic stuff. Thanks Regatta.

Simple waterproof jacket. It comes in its own drawer string bag, so great to pop into school bag. Went for next size up to accommodate for school blazer, fits perfectly.

Goood quality

I travelled solo for over 6 months & I needed something light, and easy to carry and this was it. It’s not made to keep you warm but it does help with the wind and rain. It’s so easy to fold back up and put inside the outer package. I tied it around my bum bag as it comes with something to put inside your coat in, so whenever it rained in south east Asia, I was quickly able to fling it on. Definitely recommend for travellers who want to carry light.

Its just ok nothing special

So I bought the Regatta Pack-it Jacket along with the Pack-it Trousers with the thought of them being "just ok for the price", however since having used them several times in some absolutely terrible wet and windy weather they are really proving to be a fantastic purchase. I bought the XL sizes to fit over my usual L sized clothing (and body fit) and this works out really great with them easily fitting over my usual trousers and fleece jacket.The jacket and trousers come with a small pack bag into which they roll up and can be stored in a small space in a bag/pocket etc for use when needed - the pack would be better in a coat pocket or bag than a trouser pocket due to the size (which isn't that big - but too big for a trouser pocket). Quality wise they are fine and seem to be standing up to loads of use with the zipper being easy use and general workmanship appearing to be sound.I always find a negative point (as nowt's perfect) - the jacket and trousers have an opening to access the pockets within your underjacket/trousers, for some reason Regatta has sewn these openings to face forwards rather than backwards which means that you are totally dry apart from the pocket area which the wind will blow the water into the openings - strange design decision on Regatta's part there? (it is minimal, nothing to worry much about but could be improved upon).Would I buy again, certainly! The Regatta Pack-It Jacket and Trousers fit nicely over my usual clothing, are comfy to wear with easy movement and are great value for money.
