Excellent for Baking & Homemade Bread
I use sunflower lecithin powder in my baking, specifically to help keep fresh bread soft. I’ve been very pleased with the quality and value for a container this size. I’ve repurchased already and will continue to do so for my baking.

No Smell, looks very fresh, great for cat, dog hairballs.
Very pleased with the quality. I bought this for my neighbor's cats who have hairballs, and my little rescued dog too. Giving each of them 1/4 tsp (600 mg is the dose) 2 times a day with food. Hairballs have grease around them that makes them fat. In the wild, their diet has more fiber so hairballs come out. When you feed convenience food pellets, there is not enough fiber and enzymes to dissolve the grease so it accumulates around the hairball and makes it too fat to eject from mouth or bowels. Lecithin keeps the fat soluble so the hair ball grease melts off and becomes thinner. In the past, my 19 yr old cat Mustafa ejected 3 hairballs each 6 inches long in one evening after just 2 weeks of Lecithin 600 mg 2 x day WITH FOOD. He was so frisky after that, like a kitten! It works. Give for 3-4 weeks twice a day with food. If you have cats, buy it. It works great for humans too at removing cholesterol, weight gain.

Best Emulsifier
Emulsifies Monk Fruit V50 into ice cream perfectly. Now there is no aftertaste.

I know the Sunflower lecithin is good for you
I know the Sunflower lecithin is good for you, much better than that Soy lecethin - especially since soy is one of the, if not the most genetically modified crops these days. And Soy isn't that great for people anyway - especially if you're sensitive to it like me.So the sunflower lecithin is way better for you, healthier, and non-GMO. However, it tastes like dust and the texture is the same - very dusty. I love the soy lecithin because of it's texture and taste. It tastes really good and has great texture. But soy just doesn't really agree with me so I'm back to the sunflower lecithin. If you're putting it in a shake or something, it's probably fine. I just eat it straight out of the jar and the sunflower lecithin you can't really do that with. I'm mixing it into juice and it's kinda gross but I can at least get it down that way. After all, it's not candy and not everything that's good for us tastes good. So I would recommend it as a quality supplement. Just know that if you're used to taking soy lecithin and you're switching over because sunflower lecithin is healthier - be aware that it's taste and texture is nothing like the soy lecithin.

Get some in you and find a use for the tub when you're done.
I mean I actually got a great deal with this stuff but on a subscription I think it was like five bucks off and I'll use this stuff because it's really really really healthy, especially as you get older. But you would think that you could save couple of a bucks by getting it in a bag wouldn't you? So I hope I have a use for this lovely half-filled tub when I'm done. And by the way, I gave up on trying to mix this with anything liquid. So I just sprinkle it on whatever the heck it is. I'm eating that can tolerate it like cottage cheese and whatever or any kind of salad.

Loving it
I've got PTSD, depression and anxiety and an ongoing traumatic family situation. I've recently come to realize that, with my background, extra attention to brain health should be more of a priority. I'm doing pretty well with medication but energy and motivation are still challenges at times. I'm a super positive and happy person and I take medication for my challenges, so I know it's not attitude, but brain chemicals, etc. It's really hard when you WANT to accomplish certain things but your body/brain won't let you carry it out.So...I ordered the Sunflower lecithin this week after reading about the cognitive benefits. I wasn't expecting instant results but later in the day I was suddenly energized to work on my to do list. This is after the workday, when I usually just want to veg out on the couch. I realized it had to be the lecithin.Regarding the energy boost let me clarify: it wasn't like coffee or caffeine - it just felt like a natural continuation of the energy I probably have at the beginning of the day when I'd like to think I can do "all the things" but in reality end up losing steam a lot sooner than I'd like. I tried vegging out just out of habit after work but at some point my mind was kind of honing in on another task I could be doing, so at some point I just got up and got busy. Once I got going I couldn't believe how good it felt and how focused I was. Mind you this was day one trying the product.I add this to my coffee, which may not be the best idea due to the heat and that it may destroy some of the nutrients. Nevertheless the flavor works and the product dissolves well after stirring a bit and I seem to still be having positive results. I saw someone post that they have been drinking it daily in their tea and felt it was effective, so I figured I'd do it with coffee.I'm on day 2 and feeling a lot more upbeat than usual after having it again in my coffee.I'm excited to see what will happen with longer term use. So far I'm a huge fan and plan to continue to incorporate this into my overall health maintenance plan. I wish more people knew about products that could help their brain health.
