Excellent gf product
This was a perfect substitute for ordinary suet and gave my pudding a great taste. No one could tell it was a gf steamed pudding. Delicious!

Processed in a factory that handles gluten and otger allergens.
As expected. My son has a wheat allergy and I use this to make GF dumplings. Works very well. Later edit: I am disappointed as the product states it is Gluten Free ( and on the listing it is classed as suitable for coeliacs) but on the back of the pack it states it is produced in a factory that handles gluten and other allergens. Well that makes it unsuitable for coeliacs which are sensitive to traces and cross contamination! I feel this is a crucial information and should be on the listing so people can make an informed choice. If my son would have been coeliac, I would have returned the product. Otherwise it works well.
