I really love this food mill as I can take it completely apart to clean and throw it in the dishwasher, unlike most other mills. It is designed well and was a good value. It works great and was easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. It developed this blackish stuff as I was turning. Luckily I saw it before it ruined my pot of potatoes. I did wash before use but they must use lots of grease or something when assembling the product. It also was a pain to use- I had to keep pushing the potatoes under the blade bc it would not catch them. It was my first time using one of these but I’m guessing it shouldn’t be that difficult.

My mom had one of these from way back, and it worked like a dream but has gotten old and worn. She still has it but wanted a newer option for more frequent use. While it works well when assembled, it is a real struggle to both add and remove the mill disks. It takes a lot of messing around with and is a real pain at times.

It does what it should. I had to bend the blades a little to get it to work properly. I think if I was going to use it a lot I might have spent a little more. For the small amount of time I will use it it’s fine.

I am over 65 years of age and I bought this to remember my old days when my mom used to do mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes and bean puree and other things. This is a great little piece of equipment that will probably last a long time. I love it!

It's easy to assemble and easier to use. I've used it multiple times reliably and the cleaning is easy, highly recommend.
