False Advertising
Product pictured and advertised "Made in the USA" Armstrong 64-086 torque wrench with "Twist detent locking ring allows easy setting of desired pre-set torque and prevents accidental change of the torque setting while in use". Product delivered is made in China. Delivered product does not have the twist locking ring. It is a completely different wrench. Instead, the wrench has a spring loaded pull down lock - identical to Home Depot / Lowes Husky configuration.
