Pretty spicy. Great quality and flavor.

This is a really great cheese with a medium heat and a lovely creaminess. For me the downside is the taco seasoning. It tastes really good but you might not be in the mood for it or the flavor profile might not match your recipe.

Tip of the hat to the marketing department at Cabot. If you like cheese and you like HOT - then this is the product for you. Great Habanaro flavor without incinerating your mouth simultaneously. It's so tasty, with just the right level of heat, that I find it difficult to stop before taking down half a block a time.

I’m one of those ppl that never thinks things labeled as hot are hot, Whole this was definitely hot. I actually had to cut it with a mild cheese. None the less it was still very tasty.

I didn't expect it to be so dry. Cutting it makes for a lot of small pieces because it's crumbly, not creamy. Not crazy about the chili flavor either.
