This knee pillow is VERY comfortable. I had ordered a different one & it was good to but over time it started to hurt my legs. This Nautumax knee pillow is so comfortable & I love that it has the strap for your leg. I don't toss & turn in my sleep I stay in 1 place. You can even use the pillow without the strap. I've noticed less pain on my lower back since I've started using this pillow. The cover zips off for washing & it's very soft not only on the inside but outside as well. Its as firm as its supposed to be. It is well worth the $$. I didn't notice any odor from it. The support is great.

I have had cervical spine surgery, have low back problems, a fusion in my left hip and sciatica in both legs. I have tried six other “between the knee” pillows. This is hands down the winner. It is incredibly comfortable. So much more than the other pillows and the only one that actually keeps me in alignment. I wake up with NO pain. The thing to remember is that you need to give your body time to adjust to this pillow. It is different than the others and your body needs to get used to it. My low back hurt in the morning after the first few nights I used it but the pillow is so comfortable I continued giving it a chance. Now for the first time ever I have been waking up with no back pain! It is absolutely worth the adjustment period. It is medium firmness, with excellent support and well worth the money. I can’t recommend this pillow enough!

It’s quite useful and comfortable for people with hip issues. The strap that keeps it in place on your leg makes sure you don’t lose it turning over in bed. The cushion is small and firm with a mouse-fur like cover. It is quite expensive for what it is, but I think it’s worth the money and it’s better than trying to keep a regular pillow between your legs. Also stops your spouse from jumping on you under the covers.

So soft and velvet. Great quality and stays in place without being restrictive. No hip pain when using. A perfect sleep addition.

Works but not as well advertised.

I bought this knee pillow for my husband, who had been dealing with hip pain at night, and it has definitely helped improve his comfort while sleeping. Since then, he was diagnosed with a hip tendon tear, and this pillow has been especially useful during his surgery recovery—it really helps keep him properly supported. The quality is great, with soft, comfortable material that holds its shape well. It’s also easy to take apart for cleaning, which is a big plus. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone needing extra support for hip or leg pain.

I have been dealing with sciatica and leg pain for years now. It has been difficult to sleep at night because of discomfort. Just two nights of sleeping with this pillow, and I’m already getting better sleep!!! Highly recommend😊

I have a pinched siactic nerve that radiates pain down my leg. This knee pillow really works! I may buy another for traveling.
