I looked at Peloton and found it uncomfortable to ride and was not fond of having to subscribe for $50/month to have some one motivate me. I also visited a gym supply store and looked at the big name gym bikes. They weighed a ton and they had to be transported standing up (sensitive displays).Then I saw this. I knew that it was going to be quality after digesting online reviews. The documentation was also very clear and this seemed like a professional company. Made in America too.The bike came requiring an hour of assembly (now that I know how to do it, I bet I could do one in 20 minutes). Tools and Bolts came clearly marked and attached to the frame in most places. Weighed about 100 pounds, but in parts it was much less so EASY to carry up stairs to my bonus room to assemble I also bought the pad that was recommended by amazon to go with it. It is nice. Quiet, Sturdy, stable, and so comfortable *especially the seat which adjusts up and down and front to back, The computer and display is bright and intuitive and easy to get a really good workout. The pedals are really nice and comfortable and have the easy lock in and release straps.I love it, but more important my wife loves it, cause it was her BD gift. Well worth the money.Register on line was easy too!

I bought this bike three weeks ago and have used it every day since - I love it! It is incredibly well-made and sturdy, yet has a surprisingly small footprint (see photos). The seat adjusts both up and down and forward-back, which provides a lot of options for riders of different heights and preferences. It works equally well for me (5'8) for my son (6'3) and a friend (5'4), without maxing out the seat adjustment for any of us, so I'm confident it would work for people at the taller and shorter end of that range.The screen display and programming functions are easy to use, and the shelf provides a comfortable place for an iPad, book or magazine.I called customer service with a question about one of the knob adjustments. I reached someone right away and they were so patient and helpful with my question, encouraging me to call again if there was anything else I needed. I had read that their customer service was great and that was one of the reasons I chose this bike (after a lot of research) - now I know I made a great choice!

Great purchase! I was initially a little gun shy on choosing an exercise bike because I have encountered so many uncomfortable and / or broken bikes at hotels and gyms so I was a little lost on what brand and model to go with that was going to hold up and be comfortable. I have now used this for over a year and it is everything I had hoped it would be.I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend in the fitness industry. I wanted something reasonable in cost but high quality and this bike strikes that perfect balance - makes it easy (well, easier!) to motivate to use it. My original motivation was due to knee pain I was experiencing and my Physical Therapist told me biking helps with knee issues. She was right, my knee pain went away. I now use the bike regularly just for exercise and recently added a 3G elliptical machine to vary the routine. I don't typically write reviews but my satisfaction with 3G made me want to do something to support this company because I believe my motivation to consistently exercise is due in part to this equipment. The equipment looks great (good enough that I keep it in my main living area so it is harder for me to ignore), are compact, and easy to assemble and use. Solid choice that I am extremely happy with and highly recommend.

I am 73 and have been unable to visit my gym since March. Cardio is important for me so I researched every upright bike I could fined online. I am not interested in Spinners or Peloton type bikes. I don't need the internet screen nor the cooling fan. I do need a very stable and sturdy bike with good heart rate sensors and a smooth noiseless pedal action.The 3G Cardio Elite Upright Bike has met all of my needs and more. I have had the bike for a month now. I am amazed at the quality of fabrication and the smoothness of operation. You never hear this bike when you are cycling. The electronics have worked flawlessly and the separate chest sensor is accurate. Better than my gym bike! The 3G Cardio took about 2 hours to assemble. I recommend an extra set of hands to help out. The bike is built like a tank and light commercial grade. It arrives in a large shipping box, well packed but heavy and not easy to get to a second floor. I especially like the pre programmed without routines. The price point is reasonable for this quality of construction. Highly recommend.
