This is much better than I was expecting for the price. Like some other reviews say the underdress is a smidge see through but it is an underdress after all. With the outer dress wrap you can’t see any thing that it covers. I just recommend wearing a skin tone bra to be safe. The items are the same colors as pictured, I haven’t washed it yet but no dyes have come off the outer dress wrap. The underdress was a little large on me but once you put the rest on and adjust all the ties it will work with almost every body shape I’m sure. It was comfortable and I added a belt to meet the look I was going for. 10/10 I’m ready for the ren faire

This costume is brilliant! Size, colour and shape were spot on. Some reviews mention it is a bit see through, I didn't have an issue with it. Value for money - it's a goodie! The fit is very flattering too.

The dress is beautiful and comfortable. It was about 80 degrees when I wore it and I felt like the dress was breathable. The overdress is durable and held everything in. The length was perfect for me. Im about 5’5” and the dress went just past my ankles while standing, so I wasn’t tripping over it. The only gripe I have is that the under dress is very see through. I wore biking shorts underneath. It was also disappointing because you could kind of see my bra through it. You can’t wear this dress without something underneath, otherwise everyone will see EVERYTHING. Im definitely getting a different underdress for next year.

We bought this dress for my wife to wear at our first ever Renaissance fair. We purchased a size "small/medium" and it fit her perfectly at 5'1, 125 lbs. The fit is excellent and the quality of the stitching is better than we expected. The fabric is a bit thin, as most of these costumes tend to be, so be prepared to layer up if the weather is a bit on the chilly side. On the upside, however, it would work perfectly in warmer weather too.Definitely a great dress for medieval-themed parties, Halloween and especially for the Renaissance fair.

cute for what it is. HOWEVER- the material is SO SO THIN. the white underdress is see-through and you can see everything-literally EVERYTHING under it. Had to wear a tube top and leggings under it to not make a scandalous scene. The underdress also fits very weird-if you have hips and a butt, it’s not for you. The dress is straight rectangle down to below the hips where it finally flares out. This means on someone a little curvier like myself, it rides up and bunches right at the belly pooch(NOT FLATTERING). I wore a waist trainer underneath to prevent it looking horrible and it worked. The top dress is nice, but the ties on the sleeves are very unreliable and thin, barely sewn on. It also has very little corset-like support like I feel it should. Overall, it worked for what I needed, but barely. Wouldn’t buy again and if you need something for more than a few hours I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re just looking for a cheap picture-only dress then maybe this would work. There’s better out there though!!

Size references5’2” 165lbs 36DSize OrderedS/MI needed something quick and simple in a rush on a budget. I ordered this one in the pinkish color. I’m partially color blind so it looks more mauve to me than pink.Let’s start with the cream dress that goes underneath! It’s super light and sheer. But to me the lightness of it made it a great choice when dealing with Florida heat. As for the sheerness, with proper undergarments you cannot see through to the goods. I have pretty plump boobas and it fit very well covering the girls just enough to be comfortable and not so risqué. The fit was not so loose and not so tight. It was a perfect fit. I’m very well proportioned when it comes to having body shape. It didn’t feel like it restricted my movements. For the sleeves to stay below the shoulders definitely use fashion tape.For the vest thing that wen over it, I love it just as much, it fit perfectly and can be adjusted according to your waist and bust size. It was longer than the dress underneath but that isn’t enough to give it a bad rating. I’m short! If anything I like it a little longer.The whole ensemble by itself no petticoat is beautiful. It’s pretty flat but good hair, makeup and accessories make it all come to life! The petticoat helped bring that extra sauce to the whole thing. Overall 10/10! Easy to wash, comfortable to wear and the smaller size was better suited for a tighter fit.

At first, when you open it, you think it’s probably not gonna look good and then you put it on and you’re astonished. This will literally fit pretty much everybody. The key is that you need to steam it or iron it to get all of the wrinkles out, then you have to tighten the back and then you put the colored part on top of the white underlay.Make sure your shoulders are showing And you wanna tighten the front. It shouldLook like the picture I would take a screenshot of the picture and then tighten that up and then you have a majestic look. It’s perfect.You can even just walk around with a stein and pretend you’re a bar maid. This is versatile because you could be a peasant, you could be a bar maid, you could be a princess if you put a crown on, you can be whatever you want, you can grab a bow and arrow and be a warrior.I have never been so impressed with the simplicity of construction and how well it can look. This is a thumbs up for me. I am normally a size 18-20 and I bought the Largest size and it’s a little bit loose on me, but I wanted that. I didn’t want it to be super tight. I wanted to be comfortable.Also, if I decide to get a corset, and a underskirt I can change the look up entirelyAlso, I’m 6 feet tall and this falls 3” above my ankle which is upsetting because I actually wanted to be floor length. It only looks good with sandals or high boots.
