Will it handle a 200 page magazine? That's 100 sheets plus the front and back covers?

No chance. Ours could not even handle 40 pages for more than a couple months. I don't even believe it made it 60 days before we tossed it.

Can you use it as a two-hole punch?

You can remove one punch and get only two holes but they will be at standard spacing for 3-hole punching. The punches are not movable so you can't make a standard two-hole punch out of this.
