Very flat boots but I knew that going in. I use an insert in all of my shoes and it works well with these boots. I found them to be a tad large in the circumference but I just tied the little tie in back a little tighter and that took up the slack. I have slim calves so this might not be an issue for most. They are warm for daily indoor wear but my office is cold so that's great for me. The are suede so not waterproof but I have otherboots for that purpose. All in all I think they are very cute for the money.

These are ok, but I ended up returning them. After trying them on, they looked a little more juvenile than I was looking for, but they are super-cute and would be great for a teen or very casual look for adults. Not very supportive, but you could put in a shoe insert for arch support. I do like the tan leather ruched look. With thick socks, these are a little snug but not terribly uncomfortable.

Made a preteen very happy....my life is complete! Great delivery and communication.

Super cute but definitely not a snow boot like the description says. I expected with the faux fur lining that they would be warm but they are not at all. Thought they felt cheap and were poor quality for the price. Will be returning.
