I don’t recommend this product. I tried to use 50 pieces and not one of the sticky parts of the seed were not sticky. I had to use medical tape to tape them down, which is time consuming. It was tough to use and there was no instructions. The page that came with it was not very helpful. More information was available on the listing in Amazon than on the poster.

The instructions could be made easier to understand (they are in Chinese with poor English translation) and the included chart isn't very helpful. I Googled for more info on where to place the seeds. That being said, they do stick in place very well, last several days before needing replacement and do actually seem to work. I got these to use for anxiety and say give it a try.

Missing tweezers and red case.

I am very happy with this product! It came with a pretty big poster of all the acupressure points of the ear. I have found that it has definitely helped my anxiety. They aren’t as fancy as the gold or rhinestone ear seeds, but they work, and the value is great!

what I expected except there was no red case enclosed.
