A total disaster
The new balls where half the size of the balls originally supplied with the tree. Both bags when they arrived were so full of static electricity that the tiny balls stuck to everything they touched. The more they passed through the tree the more they stuck to the trunk until eventually the intake became uncovered and the tree stopped working. Disassembling the tree after Christmas was a nightmare and very messy, we are still clearing errant balls. We shall not be using the tree next year unless a supplier of the original snow can be located. The replacement snow as described was a waste of money and not fit for purpose.

As a family we have never had a problem with yourselves, However this time the amount paid for the amount received is absolutely shocking, A customer would expect 4 times the amount for that price.
