Great quality product for those that like to hit the gym or need a clean energy boost in your active day. This product was recommended to me by my trainer and not it is a part of my nutritional plan when I can’t get access to "clean" carbs before or after the gym. It mixes easy in a sports bottle and has little to no taste. Recommended serving is four scoops, seems like a lot but not bad. I go through a bottle about every two months. I found the best value purchasing in bulk. Great value, great product, if you smash weights and work hard in the gym, this if for you.

This stuff is the goat. I put two scoops into my pre-workout with sea salt. Then a full serving into my water bottle with some EAA’s. I always feel great when I leave the gym. Mixes great!

This is a great product to use when adding carbs to your post workout shake. And the price is unbeatable. I will deff be ordering it again.

I've used this brand in the past and it didn't disappoint. It mixes well with any protein shake or pre-workout. You don't have that grainey/chalky taste like most waxymaize. My only complaint is the cost. When I bought this product it claimed the serving size was higher and offered more, so I was shocked to see only 16 servings. Any person who uses this product pre and post workout will only get 8 days of use. For this price you are better of getting "NOW" or Karbolyn".

Being a 49 year old Vegan my metabolism totally slow down to a stand still because I really don't eat, being that I, have more energy and a lot more stronger now than when I was younger. The body needs proper nourishment to substance good health; and without a well balance diet your metabolism will go into reserve mod as a defense mechanism against starvation storing body fat within the belly to slowly burn -- like that of a bear during hibernation or an Ethiopia with an swollen stomach because of famine. It doesn't matter how much or how hard I ran or worked out -- I didn't get hunger or tired, my belly was not going anywhere too, in fact, it appeared that my gut got LARGER than before.
