Good for kids
We bought it to begin teaching our kids financial literacy. It is really great, much better than just playing Monopaly, Life, or Payday. I especially like the rule about setting aside your money to pay your monthly bills. Our 15 and 12 year old enjoyed it but it was a little much for our 9 year old. I think it works better if you make a ground rule at the beginning that everyone has to have a job with a similar salary, first lower tier, then middle class, then upper middle class. So that appreciate managing money in different scenarios and everyone is on an equal playing field to keep the game fun for everybody.

4 1/2 stars. Totally fun, but next version with decision making in the game play pls.
We have had so much fun with this game. Only thing I can think of that I would have liked to see different, or possibly for a 2nd variation of the game would be to add the ability to make choices in the game (similar to monopoly, where you have to decide whether or not to buy things)This would definitely extend the amount of times I would want to play the game. Even so , we've had a lot of fun with it. I've played it 3 times with 10 to 14 years. It's so funny to watch them yelling at Dave to give the a good Dave says card! They really get into it.

Good game to play
Good to talk about finances with Nieves and nephews. Some suggestions not exactly what our financial planner would agree with, but Dave is good at getting out of debt.

For everyone that what to get out of dept.
I am a huge Dave Ramsey fan already. So having a board game to show non believers that his 7 baby steps work is a plus. This game really gives the foundation and motivation you need to act out your own financial behavior like nothing else. I highly recommend this game for people on all walks of life.

ONE OF THE BEST BOARD GAMES I'VE EVER PLAYED
We purchased two Dave Ramesy's ACT Your Wage games to provide the teens and young adults of our church an introduction to Stewardship. After conducting a beta test with a group of older adults, we feel in love with the game. Though it looks like Monopoly and may remind you of PayDay, there is really no comparison. This game is REAL LIFE, and loads of fun. Our teens and young adults loved it. After the games, some began to reevaluate their paradigms about the economics of adult life and biblical stewardship. The buzz continued for weeks. If you are into board games, this will make a great addition. It is also suitable for families, small groups and non-Christians. ACT Your Wage is a must BUY.

Teach money wisdom while having fun!
Great game! It has the feel of life and monopoly mixed together. Good humour about the mistakes we make with money but also teaches wise ways to handle it properly. Thumbs up!
