Great tool very little damage to wood.
This tool is great for not damaging the wood too much. It takes a little getting used to operating the jaw but that comes with a little practice.

The package was very damaged but the tool is not damaged
Yes it makes it easier to pull nails or screws out and be able to reuse the plywood or sheetrock

No idea why they even make it
Tool come bend. Have no clue how one can do that to cast iron and what quality control those people have. Worst part is that to ship it back to UK cost almost $300 USD. Which they will refund max to $20 USD.

This tool is a must for any carpenters tool bag
It’s design is unique. Doesn’t gouge up the wood, especially if the board will be used again.

Disappointed
Retaining pin that stops the slide hammer from falling off the end has fallen off and now the slide hammer falls off the end

Impact area 1/3 broke off after hitting it with the hammer.
I didn’t like that the area where the hammer impacts the head of the tool broke off.

Good until it broke
I purchased this tool rather than the Crescent tool of similar style since it was reported to be of better quality. After several days of intermittent use pulling nails from reclaimed lumber, the top handle snapped. It appears to have been a bad casting.
