Good books a little bit hard for first readers as some words are too long to just sound out

Lovely set of books, my granddaughter aged 6 loves these!

bought for my 7 year old (uk year 3) daughter. she enjoys the big books being read to her, but struggles with reading herself. she is on blue band, or oxford stage 2-3 books and these are just a bit longer, but not really anymore complex. if your child is on green or orange band, or can read oxford stage 3-4, these are a similar difficulty. we take turns to read a page each and the stories and pictures really engage her, so they would be excellent for and reluctant readers interested in fairies!
