Q: What color is the metal? It looks very "pale blue" in the pictures. Is is more silvery, or more bluish? Thanks!

The one I bought for my wife is not nearly as blue as the one pictured. The scales or plates do have a very, very slight bluish tint and there is a contrast to the metal rings which connect them, but not nearly like the photo here.
