Excellent support belt
Going to the gym a lot, I need a belt for heavy weight lifting. This belt is easy to but on. If I need to adjust the belt tighter, the Velcro makes it very quick and easy to do so. The belt supports my lower back to prevent injury or strain.The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there are no color choices. I would have preferred a red belt or red edges.
