Kellogg’s, Corn Flakes Crumbs, Fat-Free, 1.31 Pound (Pack of 12)

This product is hard to find in my area, so even though I didn't need an entire case, I purchased them and handed some out to other family members over Thanksgiving. I love using the Corn Flake crumbs for anything that needs breading as it has a nice flavor even without spices and makes food extra crispy with just a very small amount of olive oil in the pan! Great on fish, twice baked ravioli and chicken to name a few. I have also used the crumbs in yogurt and on salads for a little extra crunch. Highly recommended!

I primarily bought this for my daughter, who is a Pescetarian, to batter her fish, but I also use this in a multitude of food dishes, including desserts, and I couldn't beat the price (I bought for $16.31 for the twelve boxes and at the store it is @ $3-$4 each); it was, also, more economical than buying the regular corn flakes and smashing them myself.

These are getting harder to find in some grocery stores, so I was glad to find them online. These are great for using as a substitute for graham cracker crumbs if you want your item to be not overly sweet. It's also a nice time saver from the old way of crushing the cornflakes yourself.

These bread crumbs are hard to find in the stores. So glad I can order them thru Amazon . I love these bread crumbs I have used them in my kitchen for years. I like it that they are not flavored and everything breaded and fried is crispy and not greasy. Even so they come In a large quantity they lasts me several months. They always stay fresh!!

As other customers have noted, this product is the best for anything that needs breading. Unfortunately, Kellogg stopped making it. I found it impossible to get anywhere else, and even Amazon may run out of it soon. Too bad. At least we now have a large quantity. Enough for 1-2 years.
