Was not sure to expect as this was the first time I was setting up an outdoor light.Setup was a snap. Just need a power drill and a ladder.When the light is on after daylight hours, it’s dim but easily detectable. However, when the motion detector is set off, it becomes extremely bright for a solar powered light.In the passive mode, it’s enough to get the attention of any snoopers or wrongdoers, but when the motion sensor is set off, it will definitely get their attention. Because the light looks like a security camera, I suspect, it will get anyone’s attention even at a casual glance.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a section of my back yard that is very dark, and I needed to add some lights to it. I must admit, I'm as handy as a two year old, so wiring electrical lights was out of the question. I saw this solar powered light and tried it out because the solar panel was large, and so was the battery. This meant that it would last all through the night and would recharge during the day.Installation was really easy, and it just took three screws to drill into the side of my house. Now, I have a nice dim light when there is no motion around, and a very bright light when there is motion. My dogs and I can easily trigger the light, so there's no comical flailing of my arms to get it to trigger.I will be buying more of these lights to put around my house because of how easy the installation was and because of how bright the lights are.

I purchased these lights to help with dark spots at night on one side of my house. Very easy to install. It has rained several times since I installed them and they are 100% water/weather proof. Would purchase again when needed. Would also make a great gift.

I purchased these because of the price and that each set includes two lights. I put the lights up separately to light the way from my driveway through the gate area up to the front door. I followed the directions and let the lights soak up some rays outdoors for two days. Next, I attached the base to my shed and screwed the light into the base. I made sure to push the light button once and positioned the sun portion of the light towards the south for sun power. That night the light came on dimly, but when I approached the light, it recognized movement and got brighter. After a few seconds, it went back to dim. In the morning, once the daylight came, the light turned completely off. It started its' night cycle once again the very next night. I put the second light up today and it is lit and active. My son works very early in the morning, and this light comes on when he goes to work, but I no longer have to remember to turn off the porch light as it is no longer needed. Thanks for this wonderful improvement to our home.

We just got these and my husband loves them! They are a very heavy duty solar light. They are very bright and light up my driveway perfectly. This is what we was looking for. We wanted something that we didn't have to run wire to, and actually light up bright. These are very very bright. We been having problems in our neighborhood so this was a must have item. They plus side for us is they match our cameras! People have asked us if we put more cameras in cause they look just like them. So were hoping that who ever is cause mayhem in our neighborhood takes notice and pass my place on up. But we are very happy with the lights and would buy them again if need be. We had no problems with the seller and would buy from them again. They were very fast with the shipping and that's a bonus for me.

Nice product that i bought. it can be the security camera in the morning and solar light at the nighttime. i just installed one between my from door and my garage,the another one at my back yard to keep the bad guys away from my house cuz i got 2 baby to take care of. and when i got home late the bright light still do the same job and easy to find the keyhole. well i just put it on for a week so far the product is so good,i will report back how long will the product last.
