It fit my S&W M&P 9c very well.

i am looking at the S&W dovetail. is this a 3/8" dovetail? i am looking to replace the rear sight on my winchester 1892.

It’s .16” in height and I bought it for my Glock 19 gen 4 and yes the red dot vortex venum fits perfect on it. As far as this working on your Winchester probably not
