This is fantastic so I’m not sure what the complaints are about. Easy to put in. Is not too big and the gauge is dainty. Fits perfectly just like the pictures. Real solid gold. Packaging was nice & protective. No sharp edges. Nice closure. I got exactly what I expected and would purchase again.

This is by far the best nose ring I have ever had, my previous one was ancient and really needed replacing but it was so hard to remove because there was a small hook that I put it off until it was way past it's use-by date. It was only gold-filled and was showing wear.Inserting this ring was easy and painless and once it was in and the circle was intact, there is almost no way to see where the join is, I mean it is all but invisible!There is a trick to placing a nose ring and that is to open it side-to-side, rather than bend it open, that way the perfect circle shape is not changed at all. I no longer have to constantly adjust it and make sure the hook is hidden so it doesn't get caught on a towel.The size is perfect, the price more than fair, the workmanship flawless, and the packaging lovely. It comes nestled in a tiny clear, round box suitable for gift-giving.

The ring itself is very thin and lightweight, which is what I was looking for. I had developed a large bump at piercing site from switching to a hoop I purchased from my piercing shop. About 24 hrs after switching to this hoop, the bump is almost completely gone! I’m not crazy about there not being a closing that snaps closed or anything like that, but so far it has stayed in place just fine. Definitely would recommend.

I like that this nose ring doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, which is exactly why I bought it. I will say, it's a full ring that doesn't click together or anything. You just have to spread out the ring, so it's warped, in order to put it on. And then re-warp it to look round again. Mine is always a teensy bit lopsided. Could be user error, as this is the first nose ring I've purchased/used since my initial piercing, but that part bugs me. Otherwise, love how it looks. Love how it feels. Great ring for the price.

Update:Eight months in and my hoop has not lost its shape, doesn’t get caught on anything (my old one did) and still looks brand new. Don’t hesitate to buy. This is a great quality piece and you are supporting a real maker/small business, not something mass produced.I bought this to replace a 24g hoop I’d had for six years. This one is far superior. I really liked how thin/minimalist my 24g one was, but it lost shape easily and I was constantly readjusting. This one is much more durable, but is still minimalist without looking noticeably thicker than my old one. Love it!

First I’ll say that this hoop is very thin and delicate and looks beautiful in my nose. However, there’s no way it is solid gold. I’m very sensitive to metals and can usually tell within a day if it’s cheap or not. I got the hoop in and within 2 days it was becoming itchy and sore at the piercing cite. I figured it was due to the fact that I have never worn a hoop before and I had to tug on it a bit before getting it in. I gave it 6 days before I couldn’t take the soreness anymore. I couldn’t even touch my nose it hurt so badly. I put in my stud I had worn for years until I could find another hoop and within 24 hours the pain had stopped and I’ve had another hoop that I bought from piercing pagoda in for 2 days with no issue. If you have sensitive skin like me I would recommend buying from a reputable place and skip the week of pain.

Product does not appear to be solid gold and doesn’t connect. There is a small gap between the two ends. It is very easy to bend. Dainty, so I like that about it. A slight struggle getting it in but that could be my fault. All in all not bad but I feel the it’s overvalued.

I’ve had this ring in for a couple months already and no sign of tarnish with regular alcohol cleaning. It’s dainty and snug , Good purchase .
