My husband and I love these pans. We had purchased two individal Granitestone pans and had them sent to us overseas. Now they are about all we use. The cook well, and clean so easily! They are also as light as a feather, so much so we thought at least one was missing (or they sent the wrong thing) before we opened the box! This was actually our second purchase, we loved them so much. We had to buy more to use while we are in the States, and take back overseas with us when we return!

Overall Granitestone pots and pans work super. This five piece sets is great. Buying on Amazon with seller Emson was great. Beware - I've had major problems in the past with Granitestone quality control. Purchases have been hit or miss. Lids didn't fit and there were changes done to the shapes of their products and maybe even a little cheapening in materials. If you see a TV offer for Granitstone products, beware high pressure sales! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS that come with all Granitestone! Wash new items with soap and water and use a little cooking oil the first use, no cooking spray. NEVER cook higher than medium heat and don't use anything sharp in them (we use only silicon utensils). If used correctly with lower heat, nothing has ever stuck and everything is so easy to clean. If we need to cook in oil or sear meat we use our stainless steel pans. We bought our first GS set over two years ago and they work and look great.

These pans are ok. The non stick feature works pretty wel. They are not at all sustantial/heavy. Cleaning is easy. Would rate 7-8 out of 10

I've had these for 3 months now, great pans for the price. I almost never break my yolks in over easy eggs. Well made and solid. Real easy to clean but I would not put these in the dishwasher even thought they said dishwasher safe.

I bought them in May, 2023 and use them daily. I'm now shocked at how they have endured when my other pans, while premium have not done as well. I found that the heat distribution and scratch resistance are amazing for this price. They may not be as nonstick as other pans but I always use a squirt of oil or pat of butter. I am totally satisfied, may buy a second set next year but not because I need to replace any of these. Lastly, there are reviewers that recently found what I did with testing. I recommend and will enjoy using them especially when considering the value.

I used the 2.5 Qt pot for deep frying popcorn chickens and the result was amazing. It heated up faster than my other old pots. I am delighted that I finally found a pot for deep frying after a long search. Pans are also great.

After several weeks with these pans I have to wonder if the majority of reviews are from people moving up from $10 pans that only last 1-2 years.While they're perfectly capable low to mid range pans they just don't live up to the hype of the reviews I've seen here and elsewhere. While they are "non stick" they aren't nearly the level of non stick that you'll see with your typical $12 Teflon coated pans. You absolutely still need to use cooking spray if you don't want eggs to stick and break your yolks. (The entire reason I bought these.)While I do have confidence in the longevity of their coating after seeing Project Farm's review, they simply don't compare to the Circulons I bought over 2 decades ago, albeit for more money, but also for more pans.The big problem I have with them is the lids. Not only do they have sharp edges on the bolts holding the handles on (which I've scratched myself on many times now) but the handles aren't insulated in any way making them WAY too hot to handle bare handed when, you know, actually USING them? I was able to slightly alleviate this by coating the metal handles in liquid rubber like you use for coating tools, but it still doesn't even slightly compare to my other pan lids that DO have insulated handles to keep you from getting burned.While the pans themselves are fine for the price the lids are a major let down that I don't even want to use.

Love it because it's non stick yet you can scrub it with fairly abrasive scrubber and no problem.

It is way smaller than I expected... Looks great, but thought it be bigger. Overall good product!

Heavier and sturdier than I though. The clear lids are a bonus. Very good value for the money.

So far so good. Easy to clean and cooks fine. I prefer to use butter when frying in the pans.
