The best for good flavor and filtering
These are the only filter I use in my Chemex brewer, and I prefer them to bleached alternatives. When brewing coffee using these filters, I get great taste and a high-degree of filtering, no particulates or silty material is able to pass through the filter. Water flow is slow, as you would expect, especially when using finer grind settings. I have purchased these multiple times and will continue purchasing them as long as I am using my Chemex, highly recommend!

Very nice filters.
Love these filters - they make great coffee. After breaking my fourth glass Chemex coffee pot...I moved to a non-Chemex plastic filter holder. These work great! Still get the tasty Chemex coffee without breaking glass!

The Best for Pour Over
We tried several different brands and types of filters for our pour over Chemex coffee carafe (the kind available at the local grocery store), and we kept finding that other filters would break as you poured the water, getting coffee grounds everywhere and ruining your coffee. These are simply made out of a large square folded into a cone, so nothing can possibly come apart. This seems like the most plastic and chemical free way for us to make our coffee, and so we love it. Convenient, easy, reliable. These are an absolute household staple for us.

These unbleached paper filters are equally effective as the white paper bleached versions.
What I like best is the result of making coffee with a Chemex. The flavor is excellent regardless of what brand or variety i choose to use. The enormous difference over even the "instant" coffee makers that use "pods" is there is no, as in zero, sediment in the bottom of my cup, and the Chemex itself is extremely clean. The paper filters can be put in our compost collection (our city has a commercial compost collection system, put out the same day as the trash and recycling) along with the coffee grounds. I like to think that I am making a difference by not contributing to the various "Mt Trashmores" at the dumps.

Super thin filters as compared to previous -
These filters are at least 50% less thickness than previous Chemex FSU-100's

Where is the Chemex Coffee Guide?
The item description clearly says that my purchase of two 100-count boxes of coffee filters includes a FoxGallery Coffee Guide by Chemex. I got my 200 coffee filters but not my Coffee Guide. For all I know, this guide could just be some useless piece of advertising but I paid for it and I should have gotten it.
