I bought this for my mother who is elderly and she was nervous that her old detector was just that - old. My father who is absolutely compos mentis got this one going and it started to bleep, and bleep and bleep. Wherever he went in the flat it wouldn't stop. My mother was terrified she was living surrounded by radiation. My father took it out of the flat and downstairs to the foyer - still bleeping. I haven' t heard the last of it!

Produce arrived with box torn, looked liked it had been opened and previously used. No battery included as stated. Readings ... compared with our other units and they did not compare. Continually gave high readings when other units all gave consistent in range readings. My feelings are that this is a returned item and just being sent out hoping to get a sale.Not happy at all

I can't review this product as it has arrived without a battery when the instructions tell you to 'insert the included 9v battery'. Disappointing.
