I’ve been taking this Citicoline for over a year now, and I wanted to share my experience. Like a lot of people my age, I occasionally use over-the-counter sleep aids, but they always seem to leave me feeling pretty groggy and sharp as a marble the next morning. I started taking this hoping it would help clear that out, and honestly, it’s been a big help. I take one capsule in the morning and another in the evening. It’s been totally easy on my stomach, which is always a concern for me with supplements. It really seems to help me recover throughout the day and has noticeably improved my memory recall. For the price, this is the best value I’ve found for this specific supplement. I’m sticking with it because I’m hoping it helps preserve my brain function long-term. This product DOES seem to help my clarity and focus!! We also get this from eggs but unless you're eating several eggs a day, I'd HIGHLY recommend this product (along with Rhodiola Rosea Extract) for seniors (and others) experiencing brain fog. I don't know how it will work for you, but for ME, it has been a Godsend! (This is NOT a professional Medical recommendation!! Only my personal experience!) I can tell a big difference when I don't take that combination (along with a 200mg caffeine supplement).

I took this product for 2 months. While I didn’t feel any difference, I know that the benefit is internal and takes time. It didn’t give me any bad effects. However, I’m looking for something that gives me faster results. Consequently, I’m going to try a different brand and see how it goes.

Great product for years but recently one bottle had 14, not 60, capsules. Carlyle refunded the cost immediately.

Regarding the brand, it is reasonably priced and high quality. However, it isn't the best in terms of what I am looking for short term, but I keep ordering it as a preventative measure to combat brain degeneration from demyelinating diseases that run in the family (MS and Alzheimer's). It interferes with my BP medicine and gives me shoulder and back tension every morning. The pain was so bad, I started taking another supplement (KSM-66) regularly. Stretching a little every morning helps. Too much hurts all day. About 30-90 seconds is the Goldilocks zone. For ADHD, it is decent. I feel I have more capacity for life and resort less to distraction as a coping mechanism. It's not a game changer by any means, but the effects are consistent at 1000mg. The positive memory effects wear out fairly quickly, maybe by lunch time, but splitting the dose results in insomnia. Does not interfere very greatly with other cholinergics or dopaminergics, which is a plus. I may add Huperzine A and NALT and see what happens.

Excellent product

This is a second time I bought those products for my overseas friends. Doctors recommended them to taking exactly this brand. I am so happy to receive it earlier than I expected. However, Amazon does not allow buyer to buy more than 1 so I had to place 3 orders and pay triple delivery fee instead of 1.
