Look Great, Super Stable
Sounded silly to me to buy $450+ plastsic fenders, but I'm very impressed with the overall quality. They fit well, with just small gaps, that were filled with the rubber adhesive liner. Very stable and sturdy. We'll see how they handle offroad... when I inevitably hit another tree/rock/person...Easy-ish to install, removal of the old took more effort than I expected. I found some 'soon-to-be' rust, so I cleaned it up, and touched with some rust-o-leum before installing the new fenders. Overall took about 5 hours.

I love the look
These flares look as advertised and work as advertised. They give my wider tires great coverage in the rain and I'm certain the snow when it comes. Easy to install provided you are able to get out all the stock screws and bolts without damage to the threaded nutcerts in the area's where you have no access to the back of the bolt. In my case I hade to do some drilling and tapping to my Jeep (but that had nothing to do with the product). They go together easy and they look great. Wiring in the new turn signals are a snap. With all the said, only downer again is the Price. They are very well made but for around $400.00 seemed a bit pricey. Price them any other place and you will come right back to Amazon for your purchase. Amazon had the best price by far! Overall, a great product!

Yellow 1999 Jeep WranglerThese flairs are WELL worth the money. Spend the extra and get the real deal. If your Jeep is nice don't put some cheap Chinese junk on there you never will be happy with.Bushwacker is what's up!Install was easy but time consuming.Took the time to pressure wash behind old flairs and inner fender.Very solid and sturdy.Looks AMAZING!!

Great look, very sturdy, some flaws with installation.
These are excellent fender flares, Bushwhacker makes a great product. Very sturdy, looks great, won't fade or chalk up. That being said this should have been a 5 star review... I am giving 4 stars for a few issues that a (retail price) $500 product shouldn't have. Also, I am going to give some install tips that I wish someone had taken the time to give to save me time and frustration with install.THINGS TO HAVE BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Rubbing compound. Medium file for plastic (I used a metal file). Small pair of snippers. Needle nose pliers. Extra nuts and washers. Masking tape. This should have been an easier install than it was. Apply the rubber weather stripping before you do anything as it is very time consuming. They don't give much extra so take your time and try not to waste any. Spend extra time pinching and pressing the adhesive seal to the flares to really give it good grip, and if it keeps popping off use masking tape to hold in place. The hardest part is removing the old flares. The nutserts will probably be rusted, and you'll have to pull them out of the jeep. Do this by pulling the original flares away from the body of the jeep, as you simultaneously use a wrench to rapidly turn the bolt left and right, it will wear down the flare plastic and pop off. then use pliers or a screwdriver and carefully pry the nutsert and bolt out of the jeep. You can use any old nut and washer to attach the new flares through the hole. For the front flares. you will most likely have to file and snip away plastic to make the turn signal lights fit. This is SO frustrating as a 500 dollar product should fit perfectly. TAKE YOUR TIME and really measure and notice the areas that are not lined up... for me it was the bottom edge and the top 2 tabs that hold it in place. after about an hour I had them both as good as they could get. Once again, SO FRUSTRATING.For the rear flares, they say to remove the wheel well liners, but you just have to pull them out of the way. You'll have to use needle nose pliers to pull one or 2 plastic push screws out to allow them to come out enough. You do NOT have to remove them completely but I can see how it would make it easier. You'll most likely see a black line on your paint where the old flares used to be... these new flares will NOT line up exactly with that line. You'll need rubbing compound to remove the black marks. be careful and don't rub too hard or you might remove the topcoat of your paint. Youtube how to use it if you don't already know. DO THIS or you WILL see black blemishes that are very noticeable. Follow the compounds directions and after its cleaned off use turtle wax over it to restore sheen.Put a bolt, washer, and rubber stopper on all holes of the flares before lining them up, it will help with holding the flares in place as you tighten up the bolts, and it'll help you not forget a rubber stopper (like i did twice). Screw all bolts in almost completely but leave a small gap before tightening them. Then use the supplied white plastic tool to flatten the rubber weather strip against the jeep. This takes a while as it will begin to curl up as you begin tightening the bolts, just go back and loosen as necessary and use the white tool again. Take your time it'll look better and be worth it.After a few days check the weather stripping to make sure its still flattened against the body of the jeep. if it isn't just use the white tool as you did the first day. Also you can loosen the bolts, and use your fingers to push up on the underside of the flares to reposition the stripping.I love how my jeep looks, it looks awesome with the body armor on my orange TJ, I can't wait to install a lift and put larger tires on. I have gotten several comments about how good they look already. The fact that the turn signal lights didn't line up REALLY made me mad, I have emailed bushwacker twice about this and they have yet to reply. Also, if you have bushwhacker body armor like i do, the fender flares don't completely match up, even though they sell different versions so the will match (specifically the rocker panels). Plasti dip helps bridge the gaps. My hardware was one nut and one washer short, very frustrating but I had the parts necessary.Overall I recommend this product. Don't buy eBay garbage knock offs they'll fade and crack. Spend the extra money it's worth it. Just expect to spend longer than you anticipate on install. I hope this review helps you, good luck!

Easy install, aggressive look
These fenders really changed the look of my Jeep. Some things to keep in mind, When removing the original fenders, the nutcerts on the jeep may strip out. You may want to invest in a nutcert tool to replace them. The negative wire for the lights is to small for the bolt to fit threw the eye. I replaced mine with a bigger one. Make sure your lights are working before you attach the fender to the bracket. The rest of the install was pretty simple. I had no gaps between the fender and the body. Also, if you are going to put the bushwacker stickers on you Jeep, Look at them first, Mine came with a white and gray sticker.

They look nice but don't fit close to the body of the car.
They look nice but don't fit close to the body of the car. They include the double sided "filler" tape to adhere to the car and the finder. We tried it and there was still a gap and it's almost impossible to get it unstuck from the car.I've opted to just have the gap.It was missing one of the blinker marker lights. I called and they immediately sent me a replacement and more screws and tape. that was a plus.I suppose I could have trimmed the plastic for a better fit and may still do that at some point in the future.

great set of fender flares
I bought these for my 2001 Jeep TJ. The flares fit very well on my Jeep and the install was fairly easy, except for the rear driver side. My Jeep looks much better with these on, my original set had been repainted (they had faded to grey) and were peeling. Set is complete with all 6 pieces and SS hardware. Bushwacker makes a great product. Lifetime warranty and made in the USA! That's getting harder to find. Amazon had the best price and free shipping, can't beat 'em.
