They fit pretty well. I replaced all 4 the front are the easiest you don't even have to remove the door panel there will be a plastic cap in where the lock mechanism is where the door shuts remove and lossen the screw and the outtle lock mechanism will come off the rest will slide off my recommendation is base on the feel and easy install I put these on my girls 07 Toyota matrix

Right fit
Fit perfect, bought it for friends 2006 matrix. Buy this and there's several YouTube videos that help show how to install. First time doing it took me around 20 mins

Great replacement handles
Replaced both rear door handles which cracked on my 2003 Vibe, replacement was fairly easy, 1st one took 45 minutes, 2nd one took 15 (once I figured out what I was doing). Exact replacement except for these being shiny and old ones being matte finish (maybe due to 17 years of weathering?) but they feel just as solid as original, I would say they are equivalent to OEM. Look on Youtube for instructions to replace these, it is really quite simple, unless you encounter a rusted bolt and have to buy a replacement, which I did. Dealer wanted like $90 a piece for these.
