I take a 12/14 but ordered a large, having read reviews. It fits perfectly. Very pleased and good value for money.

OMG this coat is gorgeous! Fits perfectly and is warm and padded, beautifully lined . It’s everything I hoped it would be and more. Can’t believe what a great coat I’ve got for the money. What a bargain.

This is a lovely coat but very small fitting.Size medium is about size 6-8.I take size 10 and could hardly get it on.Didn't meet to zip up.Not sure whether to order a Large or X Large as it can't be returned they offer 50% discount instead.

love this coat..i wanted longer for the winter.its lovely in orange'im 34 chest size 8-10 i wear thick jumper and fleece under and is nice. i got medium because i dont like tght. ik got a small in white abd my daughter size 8 uk is nicely fitted with just a thick jumper under'

This coat is not sold in UK sizes. I am UK 16-18 and therefore ordered XL. I gave the coat to my daughter whom it fits snugly, she is UK 8-10!!!!!!! It is advertised as being lightweight, but I have a down coat much lighter than this one.

Wonderful customer service. I am a size 8 and the medium fits just right allowing you to wear a thick jumper underneath. This never took away the shape and still looked elegant. Plus it was comfortable to wear.

I bought xl and it fitted like a 10. Can’t send back it would cost more than the coat. If you gonna buy buy TWO sizes bigger.

Bought medium. Not comfortable loose fit for 12 year old. Medium is about a size 6 to an 8.
