I like them....
I have scrolled through the reviews and I have to say --- they are a mixed bag. So, here's my take on this...I like these ring snuggies and have ordered them numerous times ---the assorted regular as well as the jumbo pack. The reason why I feel that there may be mixed reviews about these is this --Depending on how large your ring is (meaning if you saw a ring you liked and fell in love with the design of the ring, but it was not available in your size, but, like me, you just had to have it)---the jumbo ring snuggie will work well for you because it's designed to "fill in the gap' in the loose spaces between your finger and the ring. For me, the plastic piece 'being seen' really does not bother me as I don't plan on showing people the inside of my palm. When people say they love my rings, they're looking at the outer part of my hand and the finger with the ring on it, not the inner side of my palm. The only person that sees the inner part of my palm is me.Washing my hands ? I simply slip off the ring, slip it in my purse, pocket, etc. wash my hands with soap and water and after drying, put the ring with my ring snuggie back on my finger. I have washed my hands with both my ring and snuggie on and it never poses an issue. Over time, too much water may discolor the plastic, but that will not happen if you simply remove it when you wash your hands and slip it back on afterwards.Comfort ? I have always found these to be very comfortable. They don't aggravate me at all. Not nearly as much as a loose ring that I keep fiddling with, take off because it's too loose and then lose it because it's off my finger and now just floating around lost in the universe because I didn't secure it on my finger. I've lost enough rings in my lifetime to appreciate these...Are they hard to open ? Yes, but for me, that's what makes them secure. I want the ring snuggie to securely wrap around the ring in full closure before I put it on my finger. That prevents any 'pop off's' from happening. If it's not fully closed around the ring which can happen with very wide band or bulky type rings, chances are when you finally remove the ring from your finger, it may pop off. I can tell you that these are transparent and can be very difficult to find once they pop off as they are 'circular', so they not only can pop off. They can also roll very easily under a small space and be gone forever. The size of each person's finger, the size of the ring as well as the width of the band each person has is going to make a difference on if you love these or hate them.I love them. They provide the extra space that I need to make a size 9 ring feel like a 7 which is a perfect fit for me. They serve my purpose and I would rather invest in the small cost for these than to have to keep investing in the cost of new rings which can be expensive and cut deeply into your budget. I recommend them...It's a small price to pay to keep those delicate, expensive rings in place on your finger,,Do I feel they could be cheaper ? Yes, as it is just plastic, but for the price point, it's reasonable.

Buyer Beware
These things are awful. They don't fit onto mens rings that are really wide at all. They are almost impossible to get on due to the material used and then once they are on, they pop off. Total waste of money and my time. You'd be better off going to a jeweler to have the ring resized or to see if they can suggest something.

not for all rings, rating is not about product
this rating is not about the product its about the ring, I need to use the item for is a collegiate ring which has on the bottom of the ring a sort of rounded edge, so items had nothing to hold on to satisfactorily, also none of the items were the appropriate size for the ring, not a total loss, I used the item close to size needed and just taped it on, so far that's working

Effective way to size rings to fit
They work well. You need the jumbo size for wide band rings. Comfortable to use.

Cheap, simple, temporary solution - but NOT for rings with large bands
Ring Snuggies are a cheap, easy, temporary solution for keeping your ring from sliding around on your finger if your weight is fluctuating and you don't want to commit to re-sizing the ring just yet. Sure, they're not very elegant, and I find that after a while of wearing them (even taking my ring off to cook, shower, etc.), the opening in the plastic starts to separate and the plastic becomes discolored. But it is what it is - a cheap, temporary solution.I initially bought the regular Ring Snuggies because I was losing weight and my engagement ring kept slipping around on my finger. After I worked my way all the way up to the largest size in the regular Ring Snuggies packet, and my ring was still loose, I ordered the Jumbo Ring Snuggies. They did the trick! And they arrived very quickly; all-in-all a no-hassle purchase and a quick fix for my problem.** Please note, however, the description for this item is a bit misleading. Jumbo Ring Snuggies are NOT good for rings with large bands. They are good for when there's a lot of extra space between the band and your finger. **

Well designed but disappointing for class ring
I had great hopes for the product to use on my college ring. I found the product hard to apply and just didn't address the wideness of the band of my class ring despite claims. Would work well for smaller rings.

Not recommended for holding two rings together.
Found that the Ring Snuggie was not what I needed, this product which is plastic and very thick was hard to open and impossible to get around two rings, I ordered this product so I could hold my wedding ring and new wedding band together because the band was a little too big. When I could not get it around both rings I did finally get the snuggie around the band but it bothered the inside of my finger so much that I had to take if off.

Just what I needed.......
I wanted to wear a size 9 thick banded college ring on a pinky finger that is size 6.5. I put one of these on the ring And it fits nice and snug now. You have a chuck of,plastic on the back of your finger but it is clear and not visible like the black tape I was using. My pack has 4 pieces and all look the same size. For rings that you need to size down several sizes, this seems to do the trick.
