Fantastic File
This is a fantastic file for finish work on metal. If you take the time to break it in on a piece of flat iron, it works well for reshaping/sharpening knives and woodworking chisels. It maintained its grit integrity after reshaping the tip on a chisel with a RC58+ rating. I did have an issue with handle fit (I'm pretty particular about that sort of thing), but the seller made that right with absolutely no "push back".

Great product but mediocre fit and finish
The file it self is great, works awesome, however the fit and finish on the handle is questionable, after 20 mins of use, you will get blisters on your hand, but did use another file to finish it off, still have a gap between the tang and the scales, maybe in the future I'll take it apart and redo the handle... Definitely a 5 star for the file but due to the handle, I can only give it a 4.

Forestner Bits

I like it !
After viewing the Trend videos on YouTube I felt it would be the right tool to sharpen router bits, Forstner bits, etc., it does the job beautifully with ease. I really expected a rather flimsy and much smaller tool. The tapered diamond is a full 6 inches long with approximately 4 inches for the handle and is quite hefty, very well made and strong. Per the instructions, it needs light oil or their recommended lapping fluid to perform well, WD40 seems to work fine also. This is a very hi quality product.

Great but Spendy
I like my file but it costs more than I think it is worth. I grab it several times to put a good sharp edge on knives and yard tools.

Excellent sharpening tool.
Quickly puts an edge on gardening tools or anything else. Shape gets in to curves some others can’t. Well made.

Solidly made with TREND's usual monocrystalline diamond structure - so should last a good while. It’s ideal for sharpening Fostner bits and secateurs; would have liked a 1000 or 2000 grit option as well.
