Hello, Yes, we add vitamin E tot the product for two reasons: 1) Essential fatty acids are vulnerable for oxidation and Vitamin E protects the product against this since vitamin E functions as an antioxidant; 2) When the free radicals (pro-oxidants) outnumber the antioxidants, this can lead to a state called oxidative stress.
