This tea did what it was supposed to do, until the licorice root - which is NOT SUPPOSED to be a daily tea!!! - began to give side effects. Motherwort itself, as a tincture, combined with raspberry leaf, is a MUCH safer, gentler alternative.

far better than I expected
This works wonders for me, far better than I expected. I drink it at night before bed and it helps keep hot flashes to a minimum
