Read the reviews so you know what you're getting! This is SMALL. It's very cute looking. Not so intuitive to use, so I wonder how many of the returns just didn't understand how it works? Mine came with instructions, which I read. I found it easy to fill up with honey.I buy raw honey in bulk locally in a 25-gallon bucket. Because of that, my honey is crystalized. I scoop it out with a spoon and put it in a glass measuring cup and submerge the outside of the cup in hot water until it's nice and smooth and melted. Then I took that honey and poured it into this serving dish.It worked great! I pulled the handle and honey oozed down. We put it on some toast, worked great. I measured a tablespoon of it for a recipe - easiest way to measure honey ever since it pours so nicely from the bottom. I followed the advice of another review and we keep the plastic lid on the bottom when not in use. We remove it white cap, pour honey, put the cap back on, and set it in the glass dish.Best part is... no drips. No sticky. No mess. No utensils needed. I'm so excited to not be wiping honey off my counter anymore!Also, I didn't find the speed to be too slow, but if my honey thickens I plan to submerge the bottom of the glass into hot water. I'll come edit the review if we find anything not to our liking.

Love this honey dispenser! I was always fighting the sticky honey containers and then put the honey back in the pantry. Now this dispenser is pretty enough to keep on the countertop and no more messes. Some people said keep the cap on the bottom and take it off to use but I found it’s much easier to leave it sitting on the holder without the cap on the bottom. Then, if there are leaks, all you have to do is wash out the holder. Order this and you won’t regret it!

Even it didn't bring much instructions, this piece is of great quality. Works well - it took me to figure it out! I just refilled it and thanks goodness I didn't throw away the white stopper! Doesn't leak and just look good in any kitchen. Its pretty easy to clean. I would of love a little stronger flow (speed of honey out) but still fun to use. It holds good amount to keep it fresh.

so cute and so fun. just beware when you're refilling it. if you have ANY honey inside it will all come out. when refilling it you have to cover it with your finger. My roommates keep thinking that if it is in the jar holder that it will cover the hole so you can fill it DON'T DO THAT YOU WILL END UP WITH HONEY ALL OVER YOUR COUNTER. So not very user friendly but that is still technically user error. The handle and spring are all still strong and work well. if you warm up the jar in running hot water, the honey will flow out better.

It's so cute and functional! No sticky lids to deal with and easily to use!

Trigger is plastic and broke after minimal use. Purchase only 3 months ago…

I use this item daily as I add honey to my son’s milk before giving it to him. The only thing I don’t like about it is that there is now way to stop the flow of honey, you have to quickly close the little hole on the bottom with a provided cap, which can be inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful item and very useful in keeping honey fresh and not crystalizing.
