Review: Fantastic lighting - easy to install, great for "hidden" lighting - I connected this to a Sonoff switch, which if operated via my Alexa. Sonoff Wifi Switch Wireless Remote Control Electrical for Household Appliances, Compatible with Alexa DIY Your Home Via iPhone Android App (Sonoff Dlu) The light is very bright. I installed it in my kitchen as under counter light - it is very good. The Sonoff is a binary - it is either on or off, there are other switches available to give you brightness control - and you don't have to use any wifi connector! You can simply plug it in, and unplug when done. This is excellent under counter lighting, and I will also be using it to light some of the closets around the house, and some of my garage shelving. The white is much brighter than the white option on a color roll. The light as a sticky back to it which will stick to almost anything. Making installation a breeze. For the price, this is amazing, and so many options. Using an Arduino I am making one for the bathroom that will come on when it senses movement, then switch off after 10 minutes. The lights will go under the vanity, and will light the bathroom enough for a 3 AM visit, without leaving you blinded by the lights! You can cut the tape at any point. You can then use jumpers to place the next run around a corner or over a gap. With basic skills, you can extend those wires as long as you want them. You can also start another run with a 12v adaptor. Again, some basic electrical skills needed for that.
Review: Worked great on my car lift, for a while. - This light strip worked well on my car lift, super bright at highest adjustment and the dimmer settings were nice. These are rated for indoor but purchased anyway for my garage. Sadly they only lasted a couple months probably due to extreme cold and heat fluctuations this year. I would recommend these for indoor and I’d buy these again.
