There was a shipping error, lost in mail on my first order, however that is the first time that has ever happened in all my years shopping on amazon. I was sent a replacement order no charge and received it within a week.The product itself is new fit perfectly, 10 minutes to install, works perfectly, so far so good. The only comment i have is about the connecting wire from the solenoid to the starter is bare and subject to premature corrosion, but the original was the same.
