Good value PING adapter
Bought this along with a blank shaft for my G400 driver. The new tip fit well but did not seat as well as the stock OEM but works well.

Cheap washer
The washer was cheap and pretty much useless but the adapter did the job ok. Luckily you don’t really need the washer but the screw is easy to lose. You need to place the washer on top of the adapter, then carefully attach head and screw; the washer should be then in place. How long the washer will last is the big question. But like I said, it isn’t essential.
