Tried these due to a common side effect of taking GLP-1 injections, I.e. severe constipation, and they work like a charm. Gentle and no side effects, and much better than the 5 or 6 others we tried. They actually are strong enough to work, and take effect within 2 - 3 hours in my experience. Works best if you keep hydrated. Price might be on the higher side, but since they work so well, unlike many other laxatives, they are well worth the cost

I give it only 1 stars because you have to push them out of a bubble pack card instead of them being loose in a bottle , I hate those push card things! Also they do not work, this is a waste of money big time, they do nothing at all! I mean nothing!

It really works, just be a bit patient, sometimes it works after 3hrs, other times the next day. Recommend for all with bloating and digestive issues. Been using it for 6 month
