This is a great item. My iPhone SE battery has been getting drained really quickly, especially as the bluetooth option keeps turning on automatically for my car. This gives me a couple of extra charges during the day. It's great because it uses the same cable as my iPhone, and I don't need to keep lugging a battery pack and spare cable around in my bag (I don't need to - but I still do. You never know!). Sometimes when my iPad is on charge I'll need to charge my phone at the same time. Now I can do that straight from the case! It does add a bit of weight, but not much, and personally I like it.It's very easy to use. The loss of one star is because:a) speaker sound is reduced because of the case, a bit annoying when I use it for GPSb) the battery indicator is not accurate. It will jump from 4 lights AFTER one complete charge to 0-1 after the second charge.Overall, very happy with this and still using it despite the minor cons.

I love the compactness and ease of use of this. While it adds a bit of bulk, I can easily fit it in my pocket still. The battery lasts a long time, and on an aging iPhone SE battery, it puts off the need to purchase a new iPhone for at least a another year.I appreciate especially the ability to plug in some headphones that didn't fit my previous case - the headphone jack opening is wider.However, on the first week, the phone & case slid off of my bed onto a wood floor, and the top piece (a single piece of light weight plastic) broke. One of the latch pieces broke off, and the top is no longer secure. The top piece has popped off many times when I've pulled the phone out of my pocket or a bag, frequently onto the ground. Due to this, I expect to lose it that part some time.Given the extra bulk of the battery and resulting increased inertia, I would have expected that the top part would have been a bit more sturdy to successfully withstand such a modest fall.

First experience with a charging case. I expected it to be thick and in my experience, phone cases aren’t usually easy to take off. It wasn’t until I purchased this same design from another seller that I realized this case arrived to me with the battery expanded. This case was extremely difficult to take off my phone. I used pointed objects, pushed with all my strength on the phone to get it back out, and pieces of the case broke away until it was no longer protecting my phone. The case did what it was supposed to do, but apparently mine arrived defective from the start. It wouldn’t be broken now if not for this battery issue it arrived with.

With the phone in the case, the whole thing is about 2.5x the weight of the phone alone. Also, it’s about 2x as thick as the pone alone, so be prepared for that.Plug in the case’s charging port and it seems to charge the phone off the battery and the battery off the power cable which is nice.

The top part does not stay on. One of the little plastic pieces broke off. I plan to return it unless a replacement top part can be sent to me.UPDATEA replacement was sent out and it seems to be working quite well.

My favorite part of this device is that once you activate it to charge the phone, it charges until the phone is fully charged THEN it turns off the charger until you re-activate it again. In other words, you don't run off the battery pack until both the phone and battery are depleted. I like this feature as I used to accidentally run down both my phone and the charger. I prefer that the charger stops discharging to the phone once the phone battery is full.

Worked well at first then top piece of the cover came off & doesn’t stay on now without tape. Looked good before we had to use tape & helps with battery life. Not too impressed but it was relatively affordable.

Holds charge and does its job very well. The case interferes with signals. You have to take the phone out of the case to make calls, use the internet, etc.
