In my opinion....
So I didn’t buy this umbrella for the beach. I bought it for a table on the aft deck of my boat. Had to remove the screw part of the pole so it would fit into the umbrella hole of the table but it was very sturdy and near impossible to remove which is a good thing for beach use. It’s easy open and close and has the added feature of tilting. The color was a brilliant blue as I wanted and shown. It has sustained several good gusts and actually was strong enough where the table moved vs the umbrella breaking. Since as a beach umbrella I’m sure it’s not suppose to stay stationary and folded but on my boat I simply close and use the bag to cover it while still upright. To be fair I’ve only had it since about end of August but it has remained outside since I bought it and when not in use, covered by the bag. As a beach umbrella I’d say it would be a very good buy. Even as I’m using it, not at the beach, I’m very happy and my guests seem to like it’s shade and look.

Stable and sturdy little beach umbrella
So far this umbrella has withstood strong winds at Miami Beach. It has enough shade for two people lying down and/or three to four people sitting in its shade. We are happy and the price is also very fair!The set up is super easy. The built in screw is great!I gave it only four stars because it would have been nice for it to have vents for the wind to go thru better.

Not as advertised
The umbrella does not any vents and a plastic like cloth. A very small breeze caused it blow over.

Small size and no vents
Was easy to put in Beach sand.6 feet a little small and better to have vents to allow ocean breeze to go through.
