We received the product in a timely manner. However, they were not as expected. They had an additional metal plate on the end that made it difficult to install in the pc. One of them arrived with a broken sata plug, one did not work out of the box, and the third worked for four days.We contacted the seller and they instructed us to return them. They did not give us a hassle and were accomodating, but it would have been nice to have received a product that worked.

So our Dell Opti 520 that runs our HVAC controls took a surge (next order includes an APC UPS); ordered this after seeing two bad reviews - but this was the only place the said we'd get a real Dell part. And that is exactly what we got. Got it in two business days; could not ask for much better. Popped that thing in there; it had all the right cables and connectors. The PC started right up and now our CEO is enjoying her air conditioned office. Five stars for you. Thanks. /w

Power Supply Was as advertised - took a long time to get the product, it was shipped on time, but it went regular mail and took 2 weeks. But Product was good.

just installed in in my dell GX520 sff (small factor form) and it went in with no problems and my computer started right up. Fan is quite and all the connections work.

fits perfect if you have a hammer,plyers,drill,tap and die set and a pry bar!!!!!!!!!! after this feedback the company called and said that they were going to make it good and send me another one. that was two weeks ago, no power supply and no responce to email.

Now my computer works . That's what I wanted and that's what I got!!! It fit right into rhere it needed to go in my computer.
