nannio Comfy and for Comfy only Extra add-on Camera with Enhanced Super Night Vision (Not Compatible with Follow-Me)

First one I bought would not pair with the monitor. Returned and bought a second one and the second one works great!

Good quality audio & video (even in the dark with IR illumination). Reception range is decent, not amazing. It goes through a reinforced concrete wall in our house though, which can be a struggle for many wireless devices.Multi-camera support is good, especially since it will automatically switch to the camera where noise is being made. A bit awkward to manually switch between cameras though (have to go into the menu). A dedicated button would be nice since multi-cameras is a key feature (and more useful than the dedicated buttons for gimmicks like playing melodies or the microphone to speak from parent unit to child, which frankly disturbed/scared my kids more than it helped!).You'll definitely want to wall-mount this—if you sit it on a desk/bookshelf you can't really look downwards properly.I don't like that the volume button is next to the melody button, as I've accidentally woken the baby up by pressing it and having a tune start playing in her room! Didn't make that mistake again, and don't really change the volume that often now anyway.It's a bit of a shame the camera + parent unit aren't USB powered (especially the parent unit), as I'd prefer to have these plugged into a standard USB charger (which are already in the kitchen + baby's room for other devices). Also means taking extra bits and pieces on holidays, having to pack the right chargers for it instead of a generic USB wall plug for everything.

So happy with this additional camera so far!Previously using a Motorolla, which we were fairly happy with (except it had an awful battery life, had to be constantly plugged in, and limited range). We'd been using this monitor for 2 years and with our second bub due purchased a second camera to pair up - in between ordering the camera and it arriving, the monitor suddenly and completely died - worst timing!!I did my research and decided to try the Nannio Comfort (with additional camera) - delivery was incredibly prompt: ordered on Monday, it arrived Friday, set it up that evening with one camera on our toddler (worked perfectly), and baby #2 arrived Tuesday. Came home on the weekend and set up second camera for the baby, and everything is working seamlessly.Pairing was an absolute breeze. Honestly can't believe how straight forward this was.Honestly, could not be happier with this monitor. The battery life is excellent (especially with Vox turned on!), picture quality fantastic, and range is great, even with our big block. I love the flexibility of either using Vox (whichever baby makes a noise will automatically switch the monitor to that camera) or scanning mode where the picture switches between the two cameras every 10 seconds, or choosing one camera to be showing constantly - perfect for newborn mums who want to keep an eye on their sleeping babbies.I've found the temperature gauge to be fairly accurate (really important, where we live is very hot). I haven't used the microphone or lullaby features - personally I don't think they're really necessary, but great to know they're there if needed. The operation of the monitor is really intuitive, it's easy to find what you're after in the menus, and there's good flexibility in the settings of sound, volume, monitor brightness, etc.Love that the power cords are a good length (and came with Australian plugs, hooray!), and the pan/tilt/zoom functions work beautifully to find that perfect angle and picture.I did commandeer the spider grip from my motorolla monitor for one of the cameras to secure it above our cot (we don't have a suitable flat surface available), there are plenty of camera mounts/holders available on amazon if this is an issue for you.As I said, super happy so far and no complaints from us - the only test that remains is the test of time. But even then, honestly, if it died in 2 years time like my motorolla did, I'd be happy to purchase again for this price.

This is the second Nannio Comfy we have purchased in the last month. The first one (with extra camera) we gave to our son and daughter in law, for monitoring their 4 month old twins who were transitioning to cots. They are very happy with it, and use it day and night. Our old Aldi baby monitor (which we have been using for grandchildren at our own house) recently died after 6 years...so we purchased another Nannio Comfy for ourselves. It is a pleasure to use and cannot fault it apart from the fact that the temperature gauge appears to register approximately 3 degrees higher than it should. The monitor screen is very clear, and the settings are easy to adjust. So easy to set up - just plug in the camera and switch it on, then switch on the monitor, they are already paired. Even found the instructions easy to follow. Great monitor for the price when compared to others here in Australia. Packaged well and delivered quickly (within 3 days of the order).

We've bought two cameras and used the one receiver and value for money is amazing. Battery life after a year is much, much better than high priced (over priced) competitors in retail stores. Honestly don't waste your money on higher end products this is all you need. The only reason I note 4 stars not 5 stars is when using 2 cameras with one receiver it isn't very user friendly to switch between the two screen views. A multi-view display would be great. A great product. Highly recommend.

I have to review this product again because last time I reviewed as 4 stars just because the lullaby song was not playing in my camera but the camera is fantastic. Now I rate 5 big stars because I was really well looked after by nanniocare, I will say again that the camera is great because it is easy to use, great quality, everything you need. Amazing day and night view, I love the fact that you can turn the camera up, down and sides so I can pretty much see my whole room if I want. I can talk to my baby from the other side of the house through the camera, play songs, you can connect other cameras up to 4. I was always against buying electronics via internet because if it has any problems I thought I would loose money but Nannio was great to reach to and very quick to respond and give you a solution if you need. I would definitely recommend the product.
